Desktop Fixed Oil Filter Unit

TUC fixed single-bowl desktop oil filter unit adopts compact integrated base plate structure, which can be directly fixed beside machine tool platforms and hydraulic oil tanks. The unit consists of base plate, gear oil pump, 380V drive motor, pre-pump suction rough filter, vertical fine filter bowl, pressure gauge, overflow valve, and oil inlet & outlet hoses.

The motor drives the gear pump to deliver oil fluid. Oil first passes through the suction rough screen to trap large contaminants such as metal chips and rust to protect the oil pump. Pressurized oil flows into the vertical high-precision glass fiber filter barrel for deep interception of fine particulate pollutants.

Desktop fixed installation: No casters, can be permanently mounted beside equipment for long-term bypass circulating filtration of machine tools and hydraulic stations.

Compact integrated structure: All components are integrated on the base plate to reduce external pipelines for safer and more stable operation.

High-precision glass fiber filter elements: Optional precision of 3/5/10/20 μm, featuring large dirt holding capacity and low initial pressure drop.

Easy maintenance: Vertical quick-open filter barrel for convenient filter element replacement; pressure gauge monitors clogging status in real time.
