Definition and Structure
EHPF oil purifier is high-end international oil purification equipment. The complete unit consists of filter elements, gear pump, drive motor, multi-stage filter barrels, pressure gauge, differential pressure transmitter alarm, overflow bypass valve, oil suction and discharge hoses, universal casters or carrying bracket.
Working Principle
The motor drives the oil pump to deliver oil fluid. Oil first passes through the suction coarse filter to trap large particulate contaminants and protect the pump, then flows into the high-precision fine filter barrel. The glass fiber medium captures solid pollutants such as metal chips, dust and sludge layer by layer from outside to inside, and the trapped particles will not flow back to cause secondary contamination.
