Portable Filter Unit
Definition and Structure
This compact handheld portable oil filter machine features an integrated lightweight structure for single-person carrying operation. The unit consists of a carrying bracket, 220V single-phase motor, internal meshing gear pump, pre-pump suction rough filter, main fine filter bowl, pressure gauge, overflow valve, as well as oil suction and discharge hoses.
Working Principle (Two-Stage Progressive Filtration)
Oil fluid first passes through the suction coarse screen to trap large contaminants such as rust and metal chips, protecting the oil pump. Pressurized oil flows into the precision filter barrel, where fine solid particulate pollutants are captured by the filter element. Purified oil is delivered continuously to fulfill oil tank filling and on-line circulating purification of systems, rapidly improving oil cleanliness.
Core Features
Portable & Lightweight: Integrated handheld design with small size and light weight, easy to carry to workshops and equipment sites without filter trolleys.
Dual-Stage Filtration Protection: Combined pre-pump coarse filtration and rear fine filtration to extend the service life of filter elements and oil pump.
Multiple fineness Options: Filter elements with 10/20/30μm precision available to meet diverse oil purification requirements.
Easy Maintenance: Quick-open filter bowl enables fast filter element replacement; the pressure gauge displays clogging status of filter elements in real time.
Applicable Media and Application Scenarios
Applicable Media:Low-viscosity mineral hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and gear oil; Model GLS. BH is compatible with water-glycol media.
Applicable Industries:Small machine tools, construction machinery, hydraulic stations, small lubrication equipment and auto repair workshops.
Application Purposes:Filtration for new oil filling, regular oil purification maintenance of small hydraulic systems, and oil change filtration for equipment. Suitable for on-site filtration conditions with small flow and lightweight requirements.
